台灣高鐵自2003年興建期起，便前瞻性地啟動歷史物件的徵集、研究與典藏維護工作。2017年，於桃園正式成立全台首座高速鐵道博物館——「台灣高鐵探索館」，深耕鐵道科技與人文歷史教育；隨後，更於台南高鐵站外打造「花魁車地景公園」，正式典藏世界第一代高速鐵路傳奇「0系花魁車」。
本專案聚焦於策展思維，全方位規劃園區的展陳空間，旨在引領大眾深度探尋「0系花魁車」的歷史時空脈絡，並透過專業的文物保存解說，傳遞鐵道文化資產的永續價值。
Since its construction phase in 2003, Taiwan High Speed Rail (THSR) has proactively initiated the collection, research, and preservation of historical artifacts with a forward-looking vision. In 2017, the company officially established Taiwan's first high-speed railway museum in Taoyuan—the "Taiwan High Speed Rail Museum"—deeply cultivating education in railway technology and cultural history. Following this milestone, THSR created the "Oiran Car Landscape Park" outside the Tainan HSR Station, officially enshrining the legendary "Series 0 Oiran Car," an iconic symbol of the world's first-generation high-speed railway.
Driven by a curatorial approach, this project comprehensively plans the exhibition and display spaces within the park. It aims to guide the public on an in-depth exploration of the historical and temporal context of the "Series 0 Oiran Car," while conveying the sustainable value of railway cultural heritage through professional preservation interpretation.
