Kaohsiung Fishery Arts Festival — The Sea of Journey
— Overview
以「旅途之海 sea of travelers」為題，特別邀請同為旅人的日本藝術家阿部乳坊，來到海邊分享對旅行、冒險和生命的熱愛，將與海洋共生的生命連結轉化為藝術創作，透過藝術家視角展現海港文化，將帶領 旅客們體驗一段港邊的旅程，感受到藝術家對自我、時間和空間深刻思考後的藝術展現。
透過藝術與自然共融的公共藝術美學體驗，讓遊客可以親近藝術品，感受藝術從土地出發連結在地的文化，讓遊客造訪能沉浸在藝術與自然的寧靜氛圍當中，遇見地方最美的藝術風景，希冀透過民眾參與過程，挖掘生活空間歷史發展脈絡，找回居民共同發展信念，發展出屬於高雄北段海岸線的文化特色，來到在這裡，每位旅人都能收藏屬於自己的景色。
Centered on the theme "The Sea of Journey: Sea of Travelers," this project features a special invitation to Japanese artist Abe Nyubo, a fellow traveler, who has come to the coast to share his passion for travel, adventure, and life. Translating the vital connection of symbiotic life with the ocean into artistic creation, he reveals harbor culture through an artist's perspective. He will guide visitors on a harbor journey, allowing them to experience an artistic manifestation born from profound reflections on the self, time, and space.
Through a public art aesthetic experience where art and nature converge, visitors can draw close to the artworks, feeling how art originates from the land to connect with local culture. Visitors are invited to immerse themselves in the tranquil atmosphere of art and nature, encountering the region's most beautiful artistic landscape. It is hoped that through public participation, the historical development context of the living space can be uncovered, rebuilding a shared vision for community development. This initiative aims to foster a unique cultural identity for Kaohsiung’s northern coastline, ensuring that every traveler who arrives here can capture a scenery of their own.
