— Overview
港口為一座城市帶來世界各地，也將城市帶往無限的遠方。而港口的興盛繁榮與優秀的引水人密不可分，他們指引大船方向，猶如一道光束標明航道。基隆不僅作為台灣第一個現代化港口，也是台灣縱貫線的起點，以及海拔高度起點，三個起點如三道光束投射在基隆港岸，匯聚了豐富的文化面貌。
當旅客踏上基隆，看見不同的光影作品，從各個面向形成指引，有山、有港、有城，再將人們擴散到城市各處。以光的所在作為起點，如水一般流動穿梭在城市之中，感受基隆。

Ports introduce the world to a city, just as they carry the city toward boundless horizons. The prosperity of a port is inseparable from its exceptional harbor pilots—those who guide massive vessels, acting like beams of light that illuminate the fairways.
Keelung stands not only as Taiwan's first modern port, but also as the starting point of both Taiwan's longitudinal railway line and the nation's geographic altitude. These three distinct beginnings cast themselves like three beams of light upon the shores of Keelung Harbor, converging to form a rich cultural landscape.
As travelers step into Keelung, they encounter various light installations that offer guidance from every perspective—encompassing the mountains, the harbor, and the city—before dispersing people into every corner of the urban landscape. Taking the presence of light as a starting point, visitors can flow through the city like water, truly experiencing Keelung.
